Your role

Here's what to expect from the opportunity;

  • Support their business leaders and client care team across account management, thought leadership, and business development initiatives across the CBRE Pacific business
  • Data collection and maintenance, internal reporting and quickly responding to various business needs, developing a comprehensive knowledge of the CRM database (Salesforce)
  • Manage, analyze, and distribute information such as client intelligence, market activity, financial information, organizational charts, business activity, and media coverage
  • Track and analyze revenue, maintain revenue data in excel, identify trends, and liaise with various business lines and Finance to validate where required
  • Coordinate meetings, take minutes, follow up on actions, respond to internal stakeholder requests, maintain calendars and intranet sites, and generate internal and external communications, including high-level summaries and newsletters that are utilized across the business
  • Manage sponsorships and subscriptions and assist with the coordination of client events.

About you

Role requirements:

  • Degree qualified in Business, Commerce or Property with experience in a related industry position 
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office applications, particularly Excel (pivot tables, charts) and PowerPoint, and experience with Salesforce will be highly advantageous 
  • Motivated, proactive, and intelligent individual who can make an impact, adding true value to our growing Pacific business
  • Highly organized, with strong attention to detail, agility, and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced commercial environment
