Job Description
Daily visit to maintain the relationship with customer based on the coverage area
Encourage customer to boost their community transaction (FMCG & FnV), improve their number of member, and support their mitra to level up
Identify Mitra difficulties to develop their community and provides suggestion or solution to improve the community performance
Utilize on-going program/voucher/promo to gain mitra productivity
Requirements
Min. 1 year experience as Sales, Direct Sales or Sales Acquisition
Good communication and negotiation skills
Experience working in fast moving or community company setting (preffered)
