Danone Specialist Nutrition Indonesia is looking for an adaptive, agile, energetic, smart, and young candidate to fulfill the position of Shift Production Supervisor.
This position requires responsibility to ensure effective and efficient production in official shifts according to supply chain planning, implementation safety & food safety. This role needs competencies improvement of subordinates to support all planned activities.
The requirements are:
Possess a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering or Food Science & Technology.
Graduates from reputable universities
Have experience in manufacturing with a minimum level of supervisor for 2 years
Have good knowledge in dairy production, food safety (HACCP, PRP, GMP), halal knowledge and food processing, as well as knowledge on cleaning, hygiene/sanitation, and maintenance with hygienic design.
Possess strong leadership with good communication skills both in Bahasa and English.
Willing to work in shift and to be placed in Danone SN Indonesia factory, particularly at Jogja Factory.
Able to start immediately
