About us

Here at EY, you’ll have the chance to build a truly exceptional experience. In Aotearoa, we operate from three main locations, Tāmaki Makaurau (Auckland), Pōneke (Wellington), and Ōtautahi (Christchurch), serving clients throughout the country, Oceania, and globally.

Our Aotearoa EY business includes EY Tahi, a stand-alone, kaupapa Māori, member firm of EY global – a ‘firm within a firm’. Established in 2014 to compliment EY and provide the ‘best of both worlds’ in terms of global strength, and indigenous creativity and application, as part of the programme you may have the opportunity to support mahi being done by our EY Tahi team should this be of interest.

Te wheako inati o EY. Māu e hanga. The exceptional EY experience. It's yours to build.

Ka pao rānei koe, tōrea?

Will you seize now to transform next?

Nōu te ao. The future is bright.

You want an internship that’s more than a line on your CV. You want an experience, one that aligns with your personal purpose, provides the opportunity to share your unique te ao Māori and offers a launchpad for lifelong relationships and career growth. You can find that here.

Working within a diverse and inclusive culture, we’ll embrace you for who you are and empower you to use your voice to help others find theirs. You’ll learn from skilled professionals, expand your network, and experience the transformative work done for EY clients. With dedicated on-the-job training, coaching and technology onboarding we’ll make sure you’re ready to work alongside our teams on real clients – right now!

The best bit? If we love your mahi, we’ll offer you a permanent position after you graduate. To learn more about our business, visit our website.

We’re looking for students from a wide range of degrees who can bring their unique te ao Māori to the forefront. You can find out more about our service lines and teams by visiting our careers pages.
