Vacation Student - Mining Engineer null

Your role

Iluka Resources is looking for a university student studying Mining Engineering to join the Summer Vacation program. The program is a 12-week commitment starting in November 2024 and ending in February 2025 and is located at the Jacinth-Ambrosia mine. The program is open to those in their penultimate year of study.

You will have the chance to apply the theory you have learned and gain exposure to a wide variety of duties, plus the opportunity to work on real projects in a collaborative environment to further develop your existing knowledge base and skills.

About you

Here's what Iluka Resources is looking for in this role:

• Be studying a mining engineering degree and in your penultimate year of study
• Have the flexibility to travel and reside in various locations within Australia
• Hold a current and valid Australian C Class Driver's Licence
• Possess strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
