Manabotix is a small robotics company based in Brisbane. We have a portfolio of at least ten products for domestic and international clients in the agriculture, mining, and civil sectors. We are not a start-up company; we are a growing company seeking extra intellectual horsepower. Moreover, we love what we do and have fun doing it!

What do we do?

• Build – We have several special turnkey products including high-capacity unmanned ground vehicles.
• Code - We write great code for diverse and novel applications. 
• Cyber - Our solutions usually require interfaces with disparate systems and cloud-platforms.
• Virtual reality – We provide outcomes including immersive worlds and simulations.
• Data - We analyse datasets to help understand processes, and to assess performances of systems.
• Project delivery - We adopt an approach that will involve you every step of the way.

What do we want from candidates?

We have several industrial products for agriculture, mining, and ports that will require you to learn and apply new and emerging technologies in an agile and dynamic environment. You should have experience with, or willingness to develop capabilities in,

• Integration, maintenance, and debug of hardware systems
• Software and user-interface design and implementation
• Linux systems
• Python, C++, JavaScript
• Demonstrable proficiency with applied hardware and electrical assembly and integration

Bonus skills include,

• Full stack web development (preferably MERN)
• Machine learning and deployment of learned models
• Machine vision algorithms
• Robotic systems and ROS (Robotic Operating System)
• Extra-curricular creative interests
