The Graduate Agronomy Program is an 18-month structured program that places graduates in field roles from day one, working closely with experienced senior team members. This collaborative approach ensures access to a wide range of expertise, covering areas such as fallow management, crop nutrition, and weed and insect control. Graduates will also have the opportunity to obtain industry-recognized accreditations to support their learning, growth, and career development.
