About the AusPac Graduate Program
We are delighted to invite applications for our 2025 Graduate program commencing February 2025.
This is a 2-year program consisting of 2 x 12-month rotations through the AusPac business where you will transition into a permanent position at the conclusion of the program.

Study Background
As an Engineering Graduate you will be studying Mining, Civil, Geotech, Chemical, Process, Mechanical, Electrical, Control Systems, Electronics, Mechatronics or Software Engineering.
You will have a Bachelor, Post Graduate or Master’s degree in the above disciplines or related fields and have completed your education in 2023 or due to be completed in 2024.
In addition, you will have full working rights in Australia (with no restrictions) and a current, valid driving licence.
Locations
Our 2025 Engineering Graduate opportunities will be based across our Perth, Botany (Sydney), Kooragang Island (Newcastle), Kurri Kurri (Newcastle), Yarwun (Gladstone), Mackay and Snowy Hydo sites.
For our Snowy Hydo opportunity, the graduate will work on a 2 week on, 2 week off FIFO roster from any of the east coast capital cities or Adelaide.
