THE ROLE

The Origin Graduate Program focuses on the professional development of recent graduates who are passionate about making a difference in the energy sector, providing you with the opportunity to learn and apply your knowledge in practice with an industry leader. 

It’s a three-year program, commencing February 2024, with the opportunity to gain experience on a range of projects through structured job rotations.

Whether you want to be a future technical or people leader, you’ll be supported through coaching, technical and professional training, mentorship and exposure to some of the most complex challenges in a rapidly changing industry. 

IS THIS YOU?

We're looking for talented Engineering graduates who work collaboratively, are adaptive to change and are ready to be challenged. You’ll have strong communication and problem-solving skills and the ability to work with a diverse range of stakeholders across both office and site locations.

As a recent graduate (within two years), you’ll have a degree in the related disciplines of Electrical, Mechanical/Mechatronics, Petroleum or Process/Chemical Engineering. 

You’ll have a strong focus on continuous improvement and innovation and exposure to leadership through extra-curricular activities. But it’s your passion for the energy sector that will make you stand out from the crowd! 

You must hold Australian or New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency (PR) to be eligible for this opportunity and be available to start full-time work in February 2024.
