Your role

The Origin Energy Graduate Program focuses on the professional development of recent graduates who are able to adapt to the changing needs of its business, providing you with the opportunity to apply your knowledge in practice with an industry leader. 

The program will give you the opportunity to gain experience on a range of projects, developing your technical and interpersonal skills to become a future technical or people leader.

About you

Here’s what we are looking for in this role:

• As a high-performing recent graduate (within two years), you’ll have a degree in the related disciplines of Petroleum or Mechanical Engineering. Chemical Engineers wishing to adapt and pursue a petroleum-specific career path with the help of a structured program are also encouraged to apply. 
• You’ll have a strong focus on continuous improvement and innovation, effective interpersonal skills, and exposure to leadership through extra-curricular activities.
• You must hold Australian or New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency (PR) to be eligible for this opportunity.
