Main Responsibilities:
Develop new business ventures for Paragon Group by spotting and analyzing business opportunities as well as executing early-stage of businesses. Design and manage growth strategy and priorities of Paragon Group based on both internal strength (competitive advantage, strong resources) and external market situation.
