Your role

You will be part of a team in international regulatory affairs with markets in Australia and New Zealand. The regulatory markets team is ensuring that they place the products on time on the markets and are key enablers to the patients.

You will ensure that the compilation of Australian and New Zealand regulatory documents needed for submission to related authorities either as part of a local notification or tender or support to any stakeholder are gathered, complied and reviewed before submission. The documents for submission are to be compliant with local regulations.

You are responsible for:

  • Compile the Regulatory documents for the related stakeholders as per local regulations.
  • Review local artworks and materials as needed in the local language.
  • Support in the notification process with local authorities for medical devices as applicable.
  • Review local regulatory-related procedures in markets as needed and gather the information from the team to propose the final comments.
  • Supporting the assessment of documentation to meet in-country local requirements.
  • Supporting in compiling local in-country documentation and /or follow-up with in-country regulatory and legal manufacturers /business units regulatory team.
  • Support in building databases with completion and review.

About you

We are looking for:

  • Currently studying towards your Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Health Sciences, Biomedical Engineering or the equivalent
  • Having an interest and aptitude for grasping not only a diverse range of scientific disciplines and research methodologies but also regulations and standards that apply to Medical Devices.
  • Details oriented.
  • Mastering local language as fluent language written, spoken and understood. In addition to English.
  • If you are skilled in more than the language it is an advantage
  • If you had a previous internship in either regulatory affairs or clinical affairs in a medical device, pharmaceutical or cosmetics, or other fields – this is an advantage.
