Extremely diverse workplace and a range of diversity focused events.

I was the only caucasian female in my grad group, and most of the males are more outspoken than the females in training. Many more caucasian males. Nothing particularly wrong, but just made it a little bit harder to connect. A lot of different cultures which is fantastic but felt a bit excluded (especially when they are speaking different languages, in training at the desks). Definitely something to look at.

Diversity is natural here, and everyone is treated equally - it's how I think it should be everywhere

I don't know a whole lot on this area other than maternity leave. I am very young but my partner and I have discussed having children so I have looked at the maternity leave policy. I am very pleased that you get 6 months fully paid or 12 months half pay.
