Amazing training opportunities! No complaints.
Graduate, Melbourne - 13 Aug 2024
Significant amounts of training, all of which has either been useful or at least good team building exercise.
Graduate, Perth - 09 Aug 2024
Initial 2 weeks formal training was overwhelming and hard to grasp having no prior experience. Long days with information overload. The team attempts to have fortnightly internal training session. The overall firm provide opportunity to attend general professional development workshops such as presentation, feedback, dealing with conflict session.
Graduate, Melbourne - 05 Aug 2024
Excellent training, with regular in-person or live sessions complementing an exhaustive and expansive catalogue of recordings and online modules. One could start at PwC, do nothing but training for 150 hours (10 business days, 2 weeks) and not even come close to completing every single PwC training resource that was relevant to their position.

The grad team have done a great job at implementing formal/informal training. My team is more on the job training which has been challenging at first but now I am used to it.
Graduate, Sydney - 05 Aug 2024
Training feels extremely long, and towards the end of Assurance 1, no one is digesting information, rather wants to finish the day. Perhaps even more engaging leaders.
Graduate, Sydney - 05 Aug 2024
It is brilliant. We are constantly learning new things and trying to develop our skills.
Graduate, Brisbane - 05 Aug 2024
The informal training has been good - I've learned lots by doing things, however this has been pretty much it. Without motivation for self learning, I wouldn't have done much learning here beyond the required R&Q and admin related training. I definitely think there should be more formal training programs for technical skills here.
Graduate, Brisbane - 05 Aug 2024
All I had was on the job training. Certain reshuffling occured and I have yet received any formal training.
Graduate, Brisbane - 05 Aug 2024
some of the managers appeared to busy to coach me and made me feel rushed in my first month when I had no idea what was even going on
Graduate, Sydney - 03 Aug 2024
Very good routine of trainings throughout the graduate year.
Graduate, Sydney - 10 Nov 2023
Lot's of sound, detailed training.
Graduate, Adelaide - 10 Nov 2023
Induction on 1st day of training 2 week intense training related to assurance, T&R, RCA and FS Training on tools, systems and processes used by PWC Awareness on the benefits offered by PwC
Graduate, Melbourne - 08 Nov 2023
Lots of informal on the job training when working with managers and above on jobs. Solid formal training however I think there could be a bit more when the informal training may not quite be there becuase of either a lack of work or lack of relevant work.
Graduate, Melbourne - 08 Nov 2023
Lots of E-learns, one-on-one with team members
Graduate, Melbourne - 08 Nov 2023
Most of my training has been on the job or specific to the team. At a firm level there are several training and development programs available online that you can do including excel training, diversity, etc. Other teams also have specific training tailored to the type of work they do. Most skills i've picked up are specific to the work i do and are mostly focused around dealing with large excel models, research and report writing
Graduate, Sydney - 08 Nov 2023
Improved my ability to draft/ write emails, how to write formal letters, how to perform testing and reviews on calculations.
Graduate, Sydney - 07 Nov 2023
The trainings are ok, but there is a serious problem with the level of participation within the trainings, with half the classes being on their phone and not contributing at all.
Graduate, Sydney - 07 Nov 2023
We have training almost every week some with quizzes which is too much and overwhelming for me. They starting to expect us to be proactive in preparing the learning material for the new laws.
Graduate, Brisbane - 07 Nov 2023
On the job training has generally been good. Formal programs like On Your Marks and Get Set were poor in terms of content. The way they were presented made me feel like I was back in university and being talked down at. There were also too many of these sessions.
