Your role

New hires will work closely with a talented and close-knit team, who are supported by a responsive leadership team. Associates at SPP are crucial project team members entrusted with significant responsibility from the start. They contribute to all aspects of project delivery and client engagement.

Examples of their tasks include:

  • Gather data and conduct research
  • Build financial and analytical models
  • Analyse both quantitatively and qualitatively to generate insights
  • Benchmark and analyse industry issues and markets
  • Collaborate with SPP colleagues on proposals and tenders
  • Create materials for stakeholder engagement
  • Conduct interviews and support client workshops
  • Develop actionable recommendations with team members
  • Prepare high-quality written reports (both presentation and prose style)

About you

Qualifications & Experience:

  • A current undergraduate student completing their final year of study in 2024 or recently graduated and not yet in professional work, with a view to commencing full-time work in 2025.
  • Commercial work experience, ideally in strategy consulting. Otherwise, relevant industry experience with transferable skills is considered
