We are seeking 2 recent or upcoming Graduates to join our team in Brisbane and Perth in July 2022.    Are you a highly motivated team player seeking a challenging yet rewarding experience career and willing to join a global environmental organization with strong values?

Throughout the Graduate Program, you will experience several rotations including field deployment, structured technical & behavioral leadership skills trainings as well as experiencing networking opportunities & meaningful work experiences. The Graduate Program will partner with HR, your Manager, Mentor, Coach and Buddy, as we aim to help you develop your career.  To succeed in this role, you will need to think outside the box, share new ideas, take on new challenges and help WTS continuously evolve into the leader of resource industry.

This program prepares new graduates for a wide variety of roles within Water Technologies and Solutions (WTS) business. Over the course of this program, participants will have an opportunity to work in areas of the business on a rotational basis such as: Field Services, Process Engineering, Projects, Account Management, Surveys & Audits. This will give participants the opportunity to perceive how their experience in the field can be applied to other roles within the business, and vice versa. 

Qualifications / Requirements:

Chem Eng. / Environmental Eng. / Mining Eng. / Advanced Degree in Science (Chemistry preferable)
