Wood is currently recruiting for a summer vacation student in Electrical Engineering for our 2022/2023 intake for our Brisbane-based program.
The Wood Summer Vacation Program is a paid 12-week program (December to February) for electrical engineering undergraduate students in any year of study (excluding 1st-year students).
Our program is focused on giving you hands-on experience and enhancing your future skills through learning and development opportunities all whilst working alongside and learning from a diverse group of professionals who are leaders in their field.
Throughout your program journey, you'll be supported with a line manager and one of our current graduates as your buddy. At the end of the program (if you are in your penultimate year) you'll have the opportunity to apply to and be considered for early offers to join our Graduate Program for the following year i.e. ready to join our full-time Graduate Program in 2024.
This role is based in Brisbane and as such, you must be located in/or willing to relocate to this location and be willing to cover the costs of relocation.

Wood Australia accepts applications for our Summer Vacation Program from students who do not yet hold Australian permanent residence to augment our talent pools. Your Visa must allow you to work full-time to be eligible.
