Your role

Wood is currently recruiting for a Vacation Student with a chemical engineering background to join their Intelligent Operations team based in Perth. The position reports directly to the Engineering Manager - Intelligent Operations.

The Vacation Program is designed for students looking for an early kick-start to their career.  The program is available to students studying for a degree in chemical engineering.  A position like this enables you to put what you’ve learned into practice and gain valuable exposure to the workplace so that you may experience first-hand what it's like to work on real projects prior to graduation.

They are looking for a dynamic, digital / tech savvy and versatile individual who wishes to dive into a varied role within a fast-paced environment, working across a range of projects for global clients. The Vacation Students and Graduate Engineers assist Senior Engineers, project leads and the wider team in delivering work scopes on projects. This opportunity will allow you to apply your skills within a technical framework.

This is an ideal opportunity for an engineering student, ideally in their penultimate year working toward securing their qualifications.
