Justin [00:00:03] Okay. So what was specifically, if you can remember, the hardest part of the application process?

Justin [00:00:09] I think the interviews were because they were all virtual as well. Again, times of COVID, everyone was moving online. It was quite different. I'd never done an interview online before, so I found it quite different. You know, you're sitting there in your in your office kind of hyping yourself up a little bit stressed, worrying about all the points you wanted to make and highlight about yourself. And then you kind of have to jump in. And again, I was stressed about Internet connection and anything to do with something going wrong. So I did find that probably a little bit more stressful. I find interviewing in person a lot easier. I find it flows a lot better. So I found that a little bit tricky. But I think once you're a couple minutes in, the nerves kind of settle a little bit. We also did have a ... I just remembered we had a video interview. So it wasn't with a person, it was with an automated person on the other side. So you could say the question and then you had about 10 seconds to think about it and then you might a have a set amount of time to answer and you couldn't pause or go back. So it was just really quick. And I found that probably the most tricky.
