Justin [00:00:03] And what are the most common failure points that you see during the graduate application process? And how can grads better handle those?

Holly [00:00:11] For us, the most common point would be incorrect information on your application form, such as an incorrect date of graduation or incorrect visa details that can make your application that should have been eligible ineligible. And it's a really easy fix. Simply take that time to double-check, read through what each question is asking before you hit submit. And do remember, you can save your application and come back to it. You don't have to complete it all in one go. The second case we see is unclear motivation for EY or for the team that you've applied for. And one thing I can tell you is our managers hugely value understanding your Why and your reasons for wanting to join. So don't skip on this question, take some time and if you may come back to the question before you submit.
