The best part of my job is working with the various departments both internally and externally across different sites.

As an HR Graduate, I’ve been given an exciting and great opportunity to work alongside the Employee Relations (ER) team during my first rotation.

I had the privilege of accumulating over 150 hours of hands-on experience working closely with the UIS drillers, the Geo team, and various crews who generously offered to guide me and provide insights into their roles.

I think the thrill of settling transactions and creating major commercial outcomes for clients is what keeps corporate lawyers going – it’s certainly one aspect that I find exhilarating.

Be bold and take risks

I love that I am in a role where I play an integral part of a team, I am essential. Being in the security team I can supply access and I interact with everyone from the business, make a lot of people happy and able to do their jobs. This has grown my network, remember it’s about who you know.
